During the past year or so, I have noticed some carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist.  It tends to flare up when I am doing repetitive tasks on my computer.  I haven't had any trouble from it in awhile, but it started up again today.  I thought it was odd, because I'm not doing anything repetitive at the moment.

When I was reading The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook last night, it stated that eating foods that your body is sensitive to, can cause inflammation in the body.  So, it would make sense that one of my withdrawal symptoms would include my carpal tunnel.  I have to say, I am very curious to see how my body feels when I finish this diet.

It's now the end of day 2 and I feel pretty good.  Not tired yet and my wrist feels better.  I found that I felt a lot hungrier throughout the day and just couldn't get full, but I feel better now.  I definitely won't share my supper with you.  It was horrible.  I tried a variation on a Thai coconut rice recipe, which is normally delicious.  It might have been the worst supper of my life.  And breakfast was definitely the worst meal of my life.  I can only go up from here.
