Oh wow, this might be the best tasting smoothie I've ever made!!!  It's so sweet and delectable.  The subtly of the pear with the mango is such a great flavour combination.

Pear Mango Smoothie

I used a regular sized blender for this recipe.

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Large Pear
  • 1/4 c Frozen Blueberries (or fresh)
  • 1 Apple
  • Fill with Apple Cider until the fruit is almost covered
  • 2-3 tbsp blend of (hemp hearts, bee pollen, chia (ground), buckwheat (ground), flax (ground)

Peel all the fruit, place in blender with other ingredients, puree for 1 minute until everything is nicely pureed.

  • Fill the rest with water
