I make this recipe quite often with what I'm sure is an MSG filled vegetable seasoning.  But it's so good.  I decided to try a new product today and it's quite spectacular.  It's called Herbamare and it's just a blend of herbs and natural sea salt.  It's quite healthy (except for the salt, but at least it's sea salt), it has no MSG, and it's delicious.


Sweet Potato and Zucchini Bake


  • 1 Sweet Potato (peel & cut 1/2" thick)
  • 1 Zucchini (cut 1/2" thick)
  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Herbamare

Pour some olive oil on a cookie sheet, coat both sides of the sweet potato and zucchini in the oil.  Thinly cut onion and crush garlic overtop of veggies.  Sprinkle with Herbamare.  Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
