Unfortunately, many of my usual smoothie must haves are a no no, so I
had to do some improvising. I'm sad to see my bananas, pineapple,
orange juice, and agave nectar leave the mix, but I am experimenting
with some new things.
Usually, I am all about avocados, mangos,
hemp hearts, ground flax, ground chia seeds, bee pollen, and of course
my eliminated items :( So, I added some blueberries, raspberries, and I
even tried something green....kale. Now I don't suggest overdoing it
