Hmmm, I thought withdrawal symptoms were only supposed to last for 2-5 days.  I guess that range needs to be a little more flexible.  I feel fine, but I did have an interesting bowel movement this morning and I'm still passing gas.  However, it is different.  It doesn't smell nearly as toxic and it has a whole new fragrance.  Still not pleasant, but better.  I did a little reading and it seems that what you eat, affects the smell of your gas, so I guess my change in diet has changed the smell.  It did say that meat causes smellier farts and I did have venison last night, so that could explain it.

I guess if things don't change, I might have to restrict my diet more than I thought.  I just looked up a list of foods that can trigger irritable bowel.
  • Alcohol
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Artificial fat (Olestra)
  • Carbonated beverages
  • Coconut milk
  • Coffee (even decaffeinated)
  • Dairy
  • Egg yolks
  • Fried Foods
  • Oils
  • Poultry skin and dark meat
  • Red meat
  • Shortening
  • Solid Chocolate

I think I will stick out the diet exactly as I've been instructed, then if I notice that something is still causing problems, I will eliminate it and see what happens.
